Fundraising Support Specialist

 

Ashleigh Picarro supports nonprofits with the essential behind-the-scenes work that keeps fundraising operations running smoothly. She assists clients with gift processing, database maintenance, donor communications, event planning, scheduling, and organizational tasks that help advancement teams operate efficiently and effectively.

In addition to her work with the Ardent Group, Ashleigh serves as a Foundation Analyst at Rochester Regional Health Foundation, where she is responsible for Raiser's Edge data management and financial reporting. She previously worked in non-profit healthcare fundraising, focusing on donor stewardship, reconciliations, and development operations.

Ashleigh earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Journalism from St. John Fisher University. She is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Genesee Valley Chapter, where she serves on the Conference Committee and Conference Marketing Committee. She lives in Irondequoit with her rescue cats and enjoys spending time on the water, hiking, and capturing moments through photography.
